Explanation of the PR for dummies ( Belgians that live on beer and chocolates) (Not you BS- you are still trying to explain all this is fake.)

"LWLG have designed a transceiver and sent the design to OpSIS

OpSIS will take the design and etch hundreds of them onto individual silicon wafers (this is silicon photonics)

LWLG will cut up the wafers; coat them with various organic polymer materials and/or combinations of organic polymer materials in order to test the device properties (this is now a silicon organic hybrid, SOH).

Once LWLG get the properties we are looking for we will have a bonafide prototype."
