I am confused by your statements. Aventura Labs HOLDS the licenses, per I-Equity. Aventura EQUITIES TRIED, and maybe succeeded, in purchasing Aventura LABS, for the licenses, in a stock exchange. This means even if Aventura EQUITIES failed to complete the agreement, Aventura LABS still holds the licensing rights to said products. Who is running Aventura LABS? The address seems to point to Pasadena, the Foothill Dr. Address.
