Sorry, but I have to disagree with you. In business, a CEO who doesn't know to keep his mouth shout b4 a particular expected event happens, is either a pumper or will compromise b4 its ripped the idea/deal/event as the case may be. I learned this (the hard way) within my own private high-tech R&D business.
