You should call Craig up about this....but I will say what he told me. If by some small chance it does not get BTD then they proceed to PIII/SPA which the format was already agreed to. Now considering what the comparator drugs is (I have forgotten what he said) the trial would only last 30 days. This is because the FDA takes a peek into the trial after 30 days and if there is a big improvement using PV-10 (and they know it would be) the trial shuts down early and PV-10 is approved on the spot. They already have the money to do it if need be...over 18mm in the bank....cost of PIII no more than 12mm. I asked is there any bad scenarios? None he said...it's all good routes.
