Aventura Equities Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Medical Marijuana Research Company

GEORGETOWN, SC--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2014) - Aventura Equities, Inc.'s (OTC Pink: AVNE) board of directors have signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Aventura Laboratories, Inc. from iEquity, Corp. as part of a share exchange agreement.


This links the AVNE to AEGY/SKTO/IEquity. They share the same address. Why is AVNE purchasing an entity created in December, barely 3 months old? This is a huge red flag, and it is right here in the California SOS that shows that I-Equity is involved with AVNE. This cannot be erased. Now, what comes out of it, I do not know, but this can't be good news for any parties. It shows an obvious tie to I-Equity, and to SKTO and AEGY, as they are all related, via the Foothill Dr. Address in Pasadena, which is in all reality a UPS Store.
