It's probably someone selling their shares through a broker for tax time. I'm with TDA too and its a no go buy or sell.

Hopefully, this will one day start trading again, maybe once it gets un-chilled actually (I believe it has a Global Lock on it) and someone picks this shell up. Lets all have our fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath.
