I cautiously optimistic that there is a proposal to Halt for Efficacy going through an approval process with the FDA, PEI (Germany), and the MRHA (UK). I believe the difference between Halt for Efficacy or Continue is whether all these agencies will be unanimous in there decision. If one agency wants to be conservative and wait for the 2nd interim for example, I believe the final decision would end up being Continue. However given the extended nature of the delay, I believe the process for approval is continuing within the agencies. As such my thoughts are 60% for Halt for Efficacy and 40% for Continue.
