Lithium Exploration Group Retires $1.68MM Debenture

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2014) - Lithium Exploration Group Inc. (OTCQB: LEXG) today announces that on Friday February 28, 2014 it processed the final conversion of a convertible debenture in the amount of $1.68MM.

"Clearing this note from our balance sheet will afford us more flexibility as we move forward on our acquisition and development plans in Western Canada," commented CEO Alex Walsh.
