Hmmmm ... The way I see it the perfect way for the PRS to roll out will be this...
1. Record date it given for divvy ... We receive our shares... Shorts cover. We then have to wait for trading symbol before we are able to trade Regen ( estimated time 1 month) remember Regens PPS should start at 1.00 for every .001 of BMSN at the time Regen hits the market
2. Hemaxellerate FDA approval with orphan drug status news.
3. Dcellvax preclinical finished and ind submission.
4. Regen shares hit the market creating instant value for BMSN as BMSN owns 58% of Regen.
5. Regen and BMSN will balance each other out.
6. Hemaxellerate human trial start July 2014
7. Funding pr?
8. ENTB update?
