I really like the definition of spam, it's right on target!

I found the following paragraph to be unclear, maybe it's me.

Question: What about setting up my own rules? Can I have my own rules and enforce them?

Suggestive fix:
Answer: We allow boards on the Premium side to have their own set of rules. Some trading groups want to cut to the chase and keep some of the babble off their boards…We allow flexibility for certain rules. Check with me. Strick rules must be followed on 100% of the stock specific boards.

This clause needs to be added to both sets of rules:
4. Violation of Privacy – posting of any personal identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc)
