The fact that we dropped our GS lawsuits and currently have ZERO suits outstanding, is a continuation of the overall strategy of playing along with the rats instead of exposing them. In order for WMIH to prosper, we need these Rats for various reasons. Hedgies to invest, rating agencies to rate, etc. It is why Ecrow payout will be limited IMHO.

Only time will tell if this strategy will succeed, and what your definition of success is. If success is REAL justice, and perp walks…NAH…WMIH prospering…most likely…Escrows…only the insiders know at this point.
