After all, the minutes represent the proceeds of Greenspan's last meeting, and as such, they may be a look back, and not have much to say about the Bernanke era Fed. And in any case, Bernanke told Congress he was upbeat on the outlook and that more rate hikes do indeed lie ahead. (MSD)
