Incubadora really does exist.

a. On March 3, 2005, the company's convertible promissory note of March 3, 2003, payable to Incubadora Del Futuro, S.L. in the principal amount of $30,000.00
came due and the holder elected to convert the debt to equity. On May 7, 2005,
the Board authorized the issuance of 2,500,000 shares of the company's common
stock is satisfaction of the debt.

The company in question is Pedianet.com. It seems that they've now merged with an energy company, and are trading under the symbol MRGG.pk, called Morgan Equities Group.
