Chapin didn't humiliate the Doc in any way. Those two have known each other for many, many years and Doc has WAY thicker skin than that. I was in a room with Doc and Chapin later that evening and trust me there were no hard feelings but it is nice that you have concern for his feelings.

I don't "trust you" unless you can provide your bona fides with respect to victim psychology and bullying. Inquire with any clinical psychologist about bullying and you will learn that such an outward conciliatory response is consistent with the reaction of a victim of abusive conduct. And yes, from what I can see, the dentist seems like a "nice" guy.

And Chapin didn't "humilate" him? By interrupting him by humming the Jeopardy jingle? You've got to be kidding.

If Chapin weren't a bully, and he had any sense of the rules of decorum while speaking to stockholders at a formal meeting, he would have behaved differently, perhaps saying "Thank you, Doctor, we have great respect and appreciation for the work you have shared regarding the potential for naked short selling, but time constraints dictate we must focus discussion on points and questions germane to Medinah Minerals and it's various endeavors". But he didn't, because that is who he is.

And it is an incontrovertible truth that Chapin is a liar as well. I know that makes you and others uncomfortable, but frankly, it should. Spare me further defenses of his behavior- they will fall on deaf ears.

The Dr. has worked on me and my family for 25 years. He is a man of integrity. I'm not here to convince anyone of that as I don't really care what any of you think about someone you have never met and will never get to know like I have

For someone who "doesn't care" you certainly spend a lot of energy rationalizing his behavior.

Here is what is patently obvious about the very nice DeCosta. He has zero objectivity with respect to MDMN et al, and is incapable of critical analysis. If JJ were to announce tomorrow that he would no longer entertain JV interest or negotiation until the year 2020, DeCosta would likely applaud the strategy, telling us how this was quite normal in the industry, and that we are so lucky to have such forward-thinkers guiding us naive investors on our journey to monetize the last great world class mining deposit. And many would believe him.
