Maybe Go4wild and LG are onto something........maybe litigation against GS will happen later after some deal happens with WMIH/KKR that will raise the stock price.
We all know the Players didn't want commons to get anything, let alone what we got.
Can you imagine what would happen to the stock price if money ever hit the escrows?
Maybe a part of the plan was that retail didn't get their money in escrow because they felt they would be able to use the money to buy more WMIH stock, thus driving the price up ( can you imagine to the price even if just $500 million were to hit escrow and then used to buy little ole WMIH stock?) .....to the moon!
