I have a question that is alittle off that i just thought about. Since the sec has the no borrow rule going into effect in march and with all trip pennies going nuts lately with even the crappiest of stocks. Do you think that the mm has to buy all their shorts back that they never covered naked shorting the subs? Maybe im way off but would like some insight on it
