PVEC Do not understand the selling whatsoever on news like that... loaded up 10mil.

You would think people would "hold on" to free shares coming at a value of .20 per share. At least until it reach overbought levels or what not... maybe because it's friday but usually End of Month I would expect positions closing out annnnnnd short covering. Hmmm
