That was not your point in that post. You clearly stated they do not accept COD and that is clearly wrong. There are many MMJ companies that do deliveries in CA using Fed Ex and UPS, it may not be legal but it is done often. Vape pipes can be used with other dry materials, not just weed so that part of your argument does not hold up.

I use Credit cards often at the collectives in N California, I have never questioned how they are able to do this, they have all been in business a long time so they have a way.
