Just because they have Authorized Shares does not mean they have to sell them. Sometimes they increase the A/S to prevent a hostile takeover of the companies stock. Sometimes it's about maintaining control of the company. Plus, I check on Etrade every day and to OUTSTANDING shares have not changed. Not sure how they could "dilute quietly" without the O/S going up.

It's been like 10 hours since a very nice letter of reassurance was written and everyone is falling apart. It's kind of annoying to see so little faith.
