True, except in Single payer systems.

This is the result in London as Rx reimbursement rates set by the Government have been lowered.

Therefore the other 2 UK major Rx retail stores are also being affected to a lessor degree with reimbursement.
Other European countries are facing similar cuts in Healthcare services/ Rx reimbursement, as the US is still the highest reimbursement payer for Drugs and medical services.

My point is that projections on AB earnings change, with factors outside of their control in the Global market, inflation just being one.

Will CVS or Wal-Mart make a bid on these pharmacies?
It will be interesting to follow this sale and who steps in to buy them, I would have thought Walgreens or Alliance Boots Would have stepped in, However this public disclosure with no buyers show a different story about retail Rx in the UK.
