I agree Fly. It's the existing 17 million in current liabilities plus all the cash owed to LJC (which, by the way is "off" balance sheet until after the final court ruling) that will bury your pup.

But you also highly doubted, strike that, you said...."LJC wasn't providing Death Spiral Financing".
