SOOOOO your saying that the NOC deal that brought in a lot of new investors to (EWRL) could have been for nothing since Cirque could of still walked away from us merging. EVEN though in the filings it says (EWRL) Cirque Energy ?

Wow if this is really how this company works then that is pretty crappy and there would of been some illegal activity in there as well.
