The news of the officer stock purchase was released Monday night on the SEC web site, and was the cause of Tuesday's rally.

It was even reported here on the forum Monday night:

Yesterday the share price closed up 10 cents as a result of that news. Today's 14 cent decline leaves a 4 cent net change basis the release of the news of the officer buy. That's hardly "bearish".

Given the deep conviction you appear to hold as to the future direction of share price, I would encourage you to heavily short this company's stock.
