Unfortunately I wouldn't expect that much by Mr. Steipp regarding perspectives or expectations.
I guess there will be definitely more input and forward looking by Engel, Nypro and Sterling. If Mr. Steipp would be the man-of-that-match he needs to perform that 'revolution' not that small as it is right now. Mr. Steipp will be there because CEO of Engel-N.A. is attendee and when there is potential for common close work or contracts then Mr. Steipp has to be there because of respect and act of courtesy. This is a minimum and often this will be an admission ticket. Hope so!
On the other hand please imagine when Mr. Steipp will start recruiting other parties at this event. That doesn't work in my mind!
No, I think he will be just there because of directors and 'lions' there. In Germany we call it 'Elefantenrunde' (almost like heavyweight round).
