What make you say that ? The company sold 100,000,000 shares for less
than $100,000. That is 1 million shares for every thousand dollars.

With a sale like that or just 10% of it, I can pump back money to the
stock at the bid on every closing day and bring it back up to over a penny.

The problem here is whoever bought at a discount is not worried about
keeping the PPS up, even though doing so would be more profitable for
them.
