This was discussed on the boards last summer, as you noted. Apparently Henry Jan jumped the gun when IEquity was having initial conversations with AVNE management in June, and he has jumped the gun again now with that "controlling interest" statement. I suggest that everyone who prefers facts to distortions rely on AVNE's public releases and filings rather than whatever Henry puts out.
