Small Cap Companies are inescapably controlled by your GWGO
example. It would be chump change for a well-funded Hedge Fund.
Such a nice plight for our financial markets. Enron is nothing compared to this. No wonder Investors and Companies are screaming at the SEC. Hedge Funds deciding what companies live or die, many, not given a chance to succeed. The future entrepreneurs have a bleak future indeed.
