My name is Thomas Yeh. I am an associate at Latham & Watkins and a member of the California and District of Columbia bars. My firm represents Complainants InterDigital Communications Corp. and InterDigital Technology Corp. and related entities in Inv. No. 337-TA-613. I respectfully seek the Commission’s permission to assist attorneys at my firm on the investigation pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 201.15(b).

Between September 12, 2011 and December 15, 2011, I was an unpaid legal clerk for ALJ Theodore R. Essex. I did not personally or substantially participate in any aspect of Inv. No. 337-TA-613.
