IMO it's very important that we distinguish the difference between the professional ethics of lawyers participating here in this forum,... and those who are personally responsible for "the flaws in our legal system".

While it's true that "a few rotten apples can spoil the whole barrel",... my belief has always been that each person deserves to get his own day in our court of personal judgment.

No question that there are a whole lot of dirty rotten scoundrels practicing "THE LAW" for the wrong reasons in our way too sloppy legal system(Yukko!),... "BUT - HELLO!", ... there is NO WAY for THAT truth to get turned into a belief that ALL lawyers are sleaze bags practicing in a crooked game. Nope. No way.

In fact, my guess is that respectable lawyer folks are way more appalled than we are at the absurd liberties being taken by Nokia and it's legal("pay me and I will do whatever you want")lackies(BTW- is it OK to say "whores" on this thread?).

Anywho, IMO Nokia is walking on the dark side, and it's only a matter of time until the "truth" finds a way to deliver justice.
