Gee I wonder if the stock came from him taking a huge raise and payment was in stock

If this were the case, most folks know it would be defined in the form 4s.

HMM Gee wonder why if he had all this cash why not loan the company all of there needs and hell charge them 20 % interest.

If it were only that easy. Again, most folks familiar with business and public companies know this is a sticky issue.
