So, your saying he falsified SEC Form 4s showing he directly purchased the shares?

And then one might ask if he had all this hundreds of thousand of cash laying around why was he also borrowing so much and why is it he had to pay these loan shark rates, HMMM, I mean a man of his means must have the ability to get money like other business's say oh I don't know a bank perhaps.

We really have to ask this? Anyone familiar with business / personal finances understand why it's done this way. Banks don't loan to businesses, based on the CEO's finances, and that's a fact.
