vyp, I am not short, I am long and trying to understand where this can go. $1 a share is a $400 million dollar price tag, just for patents at this point, with more dilution to come. Who would pay that? And besides, if you are a long long, a dollar is a big risk/reward letdown. Maybe you are just a trader and would be happy with that. Either way, this is not a "short" debate, other than to day the shorts have had it right for a long time.
