I interpret this as a stock that is in the very
early stages of its development

Ideally I can see this playing out as described
by many supportive posters here, it's a good
speculative play that really doesn't have alot
of attention ( by number of trades) or judging by
negative attention yet, when the market cap
gets over 100 million you can bet that will come

this is definitely a stock that can do well with
the ever relaxing laws, lets hope it keeps up

a very micro 23 million market cap today, I seriously
doubt it's lower that that by mid summer
