According to, Dr. Charles Achane, the President of theLouisiana Veterans Business Outreach Center(LVBOC), Dewmar, by way of Dr. Marco Moran being a major shareholder, met all of the requirements of the Small Business Act 15 USCS, Section 632 and Federal SBA Regulations 13 CFR Parts 121 and 124 -- and 13 C.F.R. 125.8 -- 125.10 as an official Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE).
