Ok. I stand corrected. Having the exercise price reduced is even better than getting a dividend - you don't get taxable income and instead end up with a bigger net gain when you sell.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
