FYI, you should do your DD and you will discover that the warrant strike price will be "REDUCED" penny for penny or dollar for dollar that the common shares get, if that ever happens!

For example, if the dividend paid is 50 cents to the commons, the strike price for the warrants then drops 50 cents from the present conversion price...
I really liked that when I read it while digging around for the strike price, don't have the link, but it's there...
too bad the warrants expire in May 2015...
correct me if I am wrong!
