Yes, I'm a chartist myself but I only chart the overall S&P 500 and S&P 500 stocks. Charting pennies is not my thing. Some are really good at that. I make my money charting the indices and market timing the indices.

To me, anything under .002 is a steal with BIEL, but that's easy for me to say - like some others here, I'm already up big.
