Doesn't look like they are out of business. They are current on their filings. OTC Pink Current. Their website is still active. Why would someone do filings if they weren't in business anymore. I am hearing rumors of them sending out a PR next week going into the Med MJ LED Lighting. If true this ticker is going to fly north so fast people will be chasing! Lots of accumulation took place over the past fews day and lots of action yesterday. Big ask slaps were going on. Lots of volume started pouring in Feb 14th and record volume yesterday. Tells me something is in the making and this is heading north! $CYBL
