Pennies, hoping you can help me with this problem I'm having. I recently opened a live MT4 account with my broker FXCM. I'm having trouble with the MT4 system. I try to log in and nothing pops up indicating if my login was wrong or if it worked. Under "accounts" it does not show I'm logged in. On my Meta Trader phone app, I can log in with no problem. Im also having trouble opening new charts. There are 4 charts that automatically pop up when I start MT4, but when I want to open a different pair, an error pops up and says it can't find the chart file. I can only view the 4 default charts. Another problem is when I switch from one time period to another. It says it's "updating" for so long. My last problem is downloading indicators for MT4. The .MQ4 files do not work which is basically all of the indicators I've tried to download. The only files that work is the .Ex4. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing keeps happening.
