Hi I am new to this board.

I am also a shareholder of tap immune.

I read the 8k and I am under the impression that our share value could be wiped out.

There are 145m shares outstanding.
Reverse split 100:1 = 1.45m shares
They are adding 1.25m shares. After the reverse split, the new shares convert to 5x the common shares.

Is this correct?
