Don't misunderstand where I'm coming from. As a long, I plan to hold onto all of my shares for at least a year. That's not the issue here.

The issue is that I requested a simple tracking number from the company, yet despite several attempts to contact DEWM by email, as well as by phone, I received nothing in return. If I have to reorder and I'm able to somehow file a dispute with FedEx I'll do so. Without a tracking number that seems like an impossibility.

I invested heavily in DEWM because I believe that they have an excellent product, an incredible CEO and a limitless future. I believe that the stock price will stabilize and than move north.

What bothers me is that despite what some people might think, it IS important that they treat customers as a top priority. I have in fact emailed every possible address, including Tim. As a major shareholder, I've written to Tim and others with suggestions on how to improve sales. One suggestion was for them to offer a sugar-free version of LSMP. I had numerous other ideas to offer, all in the hopes that the ideas would help to strengthen the bottom line. Despite numerous attempts, I received no response from Tim or anyone else about any of my suggestions. Now, I can't even get someone to give me a tracking number by email or return a phone call. I'm sorry, but I call this arrogance.

The bottom line is that Dr. Moran is working his ass off to make this a successful company, and I strongly believe that he has what it takes to do so. Doing so, however, at the expense of alienating investors as well as customers, is a dangerous path to take.

I believe that DEWM needs to hire someone to at least respond to questions about existing orders for product. If they want to take the attitude that the only information they will release about the company, will be by PR, I'm okay with that too. What I'm not okay with is the company ignoring my requests for a simple tracking number. To me, this is absolutely absurd and needs to be addressed.

Now, as for the trading action that took place today, I was not the least bit surprised. As with yesterday, the shorts entered the picture early on, than scared the weak to sell their shares. Once again, the herd mentality set in. If only people would come to realize that by selling their shares, they're are playing right into the hands of the shorts. As I've mentioned over and over again, by doing so, sellers are doing exactly what the shorts want and expect them to do.

For those complaining about the sudden drop in share price, look no further than yourself. The longs buy and hold, the shorts short-sell and drive the price down. But, the real culprit isn't the shorts or the longs. The real culprits are the very people who are complaining on this board. The complainers are the people who sell, just because they sees the price dropping. Until they learn that they're causing their own misery, every time the shorts try to bring the price down, the only way to stop it, is to hold onto your shares. Obviously my message isn't getting across, as I can see that the sellers don't understand this basic information.

Here's a quote by Warren Buffett ~ It certainly applies to DEWM during the past 2 days ~

“We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.” Warren knows that the stock market is full of folly. He knows that emotions like hope, greed, and fear dictate stock prices rather than logic and value. When people are panicky or fearful (as in a bear market) he takes that chance to buy great companies at cheap prices. As long as he does his research and knows the real value behind a company, he doesn’t get scared of its price fluctuations."

If only those people who are are scared into selling by the shorts, would give some thought as to what they were doing, maybe, just maybe, they would stop selling shares out of fear. The herd mentality is the only reason why the price has dropped. The fundamentals are exactly the same as they were 3 days ago, only better with the release of additional news.

If I'm the only one left here in a year, so be it. I know what this company is going to be worth and I'll gladly be here to reap the rewards.
