Of course this is just my opinion but I think the Nasdaq, being the little bro, would be willing to cut a corner or three on a company close and trending towards the right requirements. But, again in my opinion, if the stock is in the .60-.70 range and they split the stock, the Justice Dept/SEC signing off on it with a wink and a nod, and every I being dotted and T being crossed within the corp then its doable. Just like others, I believe it is a long way off and doable, but if the stock is in the .60 - .70 range then I think Bill would use the leverage to take a different route through expansion and partnerships. Lastly, I don't see the strategic point to head to the NASDAQ since if they are trading in that range (a gazillion % increase) they'll get the press and general knowledge would already give them enough street cred for whatever they wanted to do.
