I don't think we will be up listing to the Nasdaq anytime soon... Hate to burst bubbles. Check this link out, it's the requirements. I think the PPS was changed from needing $4 to $2 and I think you need 6 or 7 independent board members... Not sure about the board members part. I am almost positive we are not close.... Not even half way... Please though correct me if I'm wrong, i want good info just as much as everybody else. Just got tired of everybody screaming NASDAQ and nobody asking the question of what the listing requirements are.
