Yes there are a multitude of examples of two or more tickers under one "parent" company across all exchanges from pinks to Naz and NYSE; not uncommon at all. Typically though, the parent ticker is first, and then parent may spin off one revenue stream into a separate company, also publicly traded. so in RMTD/Telogis case, thinking of Telogis as the ultimate "parent", this does set up nicely for a RM to list Telogis then likely on to bigger boards. a Lotto potential :)
