2 Tickers, for one company? I think enough evidence has surfaced to indicate that Telogis IS Remote Dynamics, under a different name. The majority of the company's revenues exist from 'Remote Dynamics' technology.

That would be investigated prior to the IPO. You know, any attempt to defraud RMTD shareholders, by forming a new company called Telogis and buying your assets.

Without SEC clearance, Telogis IPO on the big boards is a NO-GO. So, to get a thorough answer your question - call the SEC. :)
