As a younger guy looking for work, I would reasonably assume that they are located in a plaza where the mail is delivered to a central building, and then distributed amongst the businesses to avoid having the mail man walk around an entire commercial section of town. It's easy to get lost and deliver mail in those places. I wouldnt rely on this information, even though it may be correct, it is likely that your assumption is not. Thats just being realistic.
