The reason for the confusion over the two "EMS"s is this.

There's an "Electronic Merchant Systems" located in Ohio with an office in Rochester. Here's their website.

Apparently, Hudson and Grande just took the name of an existing established company and added "Rochester" to it.

They filed with NYS in 2010.
