there is a 30 to 1 split scheduled- exact date is yet to be announced- however, most are thinking around Mar. 3rd

shares at the time of the split will decrease by 30
$ value of the shares will increase by 30

why do most consider the split to be a good thing for Vapor Group Inc.:

1) less tradable shares - 9mil - this will put a premium on the shares

2) a higher PPS will attract intuitions and other high dollar players- investors who don't or can't trade penny stocks
