van has stated that HTFBS is not a financial advisor. They initiate coverage and suspend coverage on stocks. Don't expect buy and sell recommendations.

van made it very clear that HTFBS was disappointed with DSNY. He also wrote that the weekly 50ma was a very important level to hold. Anyone that held after DSNY broke support around $1.60 can't say that they weren't warned.
