I think we as a group should brainstorm on PFS on what would be acceptable to FDA and DMC as significant in lieu of other speculations. it makes most sense for us to speculate on the trial design where primary end point is PFS. we should compare it to DNDN and other trials in cancer to see what was the average acceptable difference.
